ArchaFlow is a brand of Vector UX LLC. This page explains, in plain terms, how we handle information on this website and during our work together. If anything here is unclear, email jared@archaflow.com.

What we collect

This is a marketing website — we don't require an account. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate site usage — pages visited, rough location, and device type. It sets cookies and processes that data through Google; we use it for measurement only, not for ad personalization. The only personal information we receive directly is what you choose to send us — your name, email, and message when you email us or book a call.

How we use it

We use the information you send only to reply to you, schedule a call, and provide the services you ask about. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it except with the service providers we use to run our business (such as email), or where required by law.

Your data during an engagement

When we build and run AI agents for you, any business data you give us access to is used solely to deliver and operate what we built for you. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models. Sensitive data can be kept on systems you control, access is restricted, and you own what we build. The specifics are set out in your engagement agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict with this page.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just email jared@archaflow.comand we'll take care of it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the business grows. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
